I trained in professional aesthetics, makeup, and functional training, and over time I’ve learned that there’s no one-size-fits-all path to wellness. Each person has their own way of regaining balance and energy.

I’ve worked both in-studio and at clients’ homes, supporting women and men as they reconnect with their bodies and confidence.
